Brinks Home Security | 5 Reasons Why You Should Go With Brinks
All too often I am asked whether or not I trust and/or like Brinks Home Security and why. Usually I just say something like “yeah, I like them”, but I could never really provide reasons for it. So, after some sitting, some thinking, and some internet searching, I came up with 5 good reasons why I would go with Brinks Home Security.
1) Experience
They have been keeping people safe with over 30 years of experience in the business! Since home security is completely dependant on the safety aspect, experience is absolutely key. Experience brings knowledge that only time can teach, and Brinks has had enough time to learn a lot. By this point, they really don’t make any more mistakes. A more recent company without the advantage of experience, though, has the odds stacked against them. They would most likely make a safety comprimising mistake. Your safety is simply too important to justify any unnecessary risk.
2) Service
They have true 24 hour service all around! Of course, they have 24 hour monitoring, that’s to be expected from any home security company, but Brinks Home Security accepts calls for support 24 hours a day! Which means that, even at 3:30 am, they will help me fix my system, or even come out to fix it if necessary. They make their customers THE top priority, even over sleep!
3) Awards
Remember that service thing I was just talking about? Well, their service is SO good, they’ve won awards for it! J.D. Powers and Associates have seen fit to declare that Brinks Home Security has “An Outstanding Customer Service Experience” for an impressive six years back-to-back. In addition, Consumer Digest gave Brinks Home Security a “Best Buy” award for its standard security system! Awards are certainly some strong evidence.
4) Ease of Use
The keypad is incredibly simple and easy. It’s easy to turn off or on when you need to, and it’s still secure. On top of that, there are emergency buttons built into the pad that will activate the alarm and contact the monitoring personnel immediately if I’m ever in any danger while I’m at home. It’s all about safety, and Brinks Home Security has it in spades!
5) Professional
Their entire staff is very professional. They are all Brinks employees who work in the US, instead of outsourced foreign workers in India who are so hard to understand that they could be completely useless in an emergency. Which, of course, is when it is absolutely necessary that you can understand the person on the other side of the phone. Brinks employees have licenses for the work that they do, they go through background checks, and they go through drug testing; all to insure that they will help you correctly when you need it the most.
Those are more than enough reasons for me to choose Brinks Home Security. The choice still remains with you, though. Trust Brinks, or go with some other guy?
